Hannah & Jordan - The Meadows Stirling

Coming to you on the blog today is Hannah and Jordan’s July wedding, which is a serious contender for one of the most fun weddings I have ever had the chance to not only photograph, but to also attend.  

From 10:00am in the early afternoon when we started the day to 9:30 in the evening , it was a non-stop stream of laughing, dancing and merrymaking. (Do people say “merrymaking” still? If not, this wedding is def bringing it back). 

These two lovebirds met one warm august night and have clearly been having the time of their lives ever since. And, as you’d expect, the bridesmaids and groomsmen were just as much fun. I mean, there are wedding parties… and then there are wedding PARTIES. Starting the day with a kitchen full of amazing bridesmaids (even though i had to emergency blow dry a dress) then dashing over to having a beer with the groomsmen post-wedding. This was the perfect wedding to start off the 2021 season.

Mingled in with the uproarious events were some genuinely sweet moments, too. I loved when all the bridesmaids were moved to tears as Hannah said her vows to her husband. Just goes to show that fun and love go together really, really well. Congrats again, Hannah and Jordan, and is it too much to ask that you put me on the invite list for any of your future get-togethers…? Ha!
